The mostaccioli, working-class and generous sweets, are characterized by their softness and fragrances of cocoa, almonds, cinnamon, candied orange and clove. The sugar and cocoa glaze give them a rustic look.
The selected raw materials and the accurate hand work make the Prickly pear a magnificent image of Salento. Almond paste and pistachios, stuffed with cocoa and hazelnut cream, caramelized chopped hazelnuts and cocoa grain. Garnished and modeled by hand.
