These typical traditional products are born from the refining process of Apulian almonds: small fruits made if almond pastae modeled and hand-painted with natural vegetable colouring. In all our products we only use vegetable coloring that are extracted from flowers, fruits, citrus, vegetables and spices. Their natural origin makes them tolerable and safe for food production.

- INGREDIENTS: sugar, Apulian almonds 42%, glucose syrup, colourings: concentrates of Carthamus, lemon, radish, apple, black currant, carrot, hibiscus and Spirulina. Coating agent: shellac, Antioxidant: L – ascorbic acid (vitamin C). IT MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF OTHER SHELL FRUIT.
