The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking and delivery.
If you prefer a delivery with GLS Extra with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention will be paid to fragile items.
The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected.
Return policies are necessary to allow the customer to return the goods in case of problems such as: The container has arrived damaged or damaged product. The times for returning the goods are 14 days. However, if the product is tampered with or used, we can not accept the return of the goods.
