These typical traditional products are born from the refining process of Apulian almonds: small fruits made if almond pastae modeled and hand-painted with natural vegetable colouring. In all our products we only use vegetable coloring that are extracted from flowers, fruits, citrus, vegetables and spices. Their natural origin makes them tolerable and safe for food production.
The mostaccioli, working-class and generous sweets, are characterized by their softness and fragrances of cocoa, almonds, cinnamon, candied orange and clove. The sugar and cocoa glaze give them a rustic look.
